Client proposals, RFPs & demos.
We review client proposals, RFP responses and finalist presentations from the corporate client’s perspective. We refine the content and demos around the client’s decision criteria, analyze wins and losses, and coach your team through competitive bids.

Let’s TalkQuestions about working together.
15 answers about working together, targeted support, and clear agreements.
The key questions first.
Do we need an ongoing partnership to work with you as a provider?
No. You can engage us for a single project or defined assignment. For example, reviewing a proposal, refining a demo or supporting a client. A longer partnership is possible, but not required.
Can you review a single proposal, RFP response or client presentation?
Yes. You can engage us for a single proposal, RFP response or presentation. We assess how well your offer meets the corporate client’s needs and decision-making process. We agree on the review, deliverables and fees in advance.
Can you help when our client lacks Global Mobility expertise or capacity?
Yes. We can provide senior Global Mobility expertise, leadership and agreed coordination within your client’s organization. For example, when a leadership role is vacant or HR cannot handle international matters alone. We tailor our contribution to the client and your services.
Who manages the client relationship when we work with you as a provider?
We agree on the point of contact and responsibilities together in advance. You can retain the primary client relationship while we provide the agreed expertise or coordination. Any direct contact between us and the client is agreed with you.
Can you work with our existing partners or our client’s partners?
Yes. You do not need to switch to our network. We work with your partners and those of your client. Where additional expertise is needed, we can involve specialists from our own network by agreement.
Support for your clients.
Which Global Mobility providers do you work with?
Service providers supporting international employers and their employees. For example, relocation, specialist advisory and technology providers. We help strengthen both your services and your corporate client’s Global Mobility organization.
Can you help implement a Global Mobility change plan we have developed for a client?
Yes. We translate the agreed plan into processes, responsibilities and a practical implementation approach. We guide implementation with the client, the teams involved and providers. Your design and the agreed responsibilities are our starting point.
Can you help when unclear arrangements at our client slow down service delivery?
Yes. We identify where information, decisions or handoffs are getting stuck. We then help clarify responsibilities, working arrangements and escalation paths, together with your team and the client.
Improving your services.
Can you review our Global Mobility tool or demo from the client’s perspective?
Yes. A tool review examines functionality, processes, reporting and usability for corporate HR and Global Mobility. A demo review assesses whether the presentation clearly explains its use and value. You can commission either review separately.
Can you improve our handoff from sales to service delivery?
Yes. We help translate commercial commitments into a clear handoff and a strong start with the client. We look at your service model, responsibilities and onboarding.
Can you train a Global Mobility provider’s sales or account team?
Yes. We offer training and coaching from the corporate client’s perspective. Topics can include client priorities, internal decision-making and the expectations behind an RFP. We tailor the content to the situations your team encounters.
How do you help providers improve client relationships and reporting?
We help align reporting, review meetings and account management with what the client needs to know. Performance, costs, challenges and improvements, for example. This makes conversations about your services more specific and relevant.
Agreements and getting started.
What do we agree on before you start working with us as a provider?
We agree on the work, outcomes, schedule, fees and responsibilities in advance. We also clarify how confidential information will be handled and each party’s role with the client.
How do we discuss a project or partnership with you as a provider?
Call Dennis or use Let’s Talk. Let us know whether you need support for your own services or for a corporate client. We’ll discuss what is needed and how we can contribute.
What is your role when we engage you as a provider?
We strengthen your services, commercial proposition and collaboration with the client. We bring senior Global Mobility expertise, leadership or implementation support to the assignment. Selecting providers for the client is not part of this engagement. We agree up front on the work we will do for you, any work with the client, and each party’s responsibilities.
